This policy explains what information Nadolase Clinic collects when you contact us — including through our WhatsApp booking assistant, Sarah — why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Who we are. Nadolase Clinic, a medical cosmetic centre licensed by the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health (decision no. 92/1), directed by Dr. Hussein Abdel Kader Nassar. Property No. 12, Section 3, Al-Wastani, First Floor, Al-Makassed Islamic Charitable Association Building, Sidon, South Lebanon. Phone +961 76 811 428. Our booking system is built and operated for us by Solver.

What we collect

Your name and phone number, so we can book and confirm your appointments.
Your messages and voice notes to our WhatsApp number, so we can answer you and remember what you asked. Voice notes are converted to text.
Your appointments: the service, date and time, and how many sessions of your course you have completed.
Feedback you choose to give after a session.

We do not ask for medical history in chat. If you tell us something about your health, it is used only to pass your question to our medical staff — our assistant does not give medical advice.

Why we use it

To book, move or cancel your appointments.
To send you a reminder before your appointment, ask how your session went, and remind you when your next session in the course is due.
To answer your questions about our services, hours and preparation.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who helps us process it

Meta (WhatsApp) carries the messages between you and us.
OpenAI helps our assistant understand your messages and write its replies.
ElevenLabs converts voice notes and calls to text, and produces our assistant's voice.
Google Calendar holds a copy of the appointment schedule for our staff.
Cloudflare provides the secure connection between WhatsApp and our system.

Each of these handles only what it needs to do its part. The clinic's schedule and client files are kept on the clinic's own system.

Stopping messages

You can stop messages from us at any time: just tell us on WhatsApp — for example "stop" or "ما بقى تبعتولي". We record it immediately and permanently, and we will not message you again unless you contact us first.

Deleting your information

To ask us to delete your information, send "delete my data" on WhatsApp to +961 76 601 787 or call us on +961 76 811 428. We will delete your messages and client file within 30 days and confirm when it is done. We may keep a record of past appointments where the law requires a medical centre to do so.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are a client of the clinic, so that we can follow your course of sessions, and for as long as the law requires afterwards.
